Grand Teamwork Journal

Editorial policy

Grand Teamwork Journal aims to make its claims understandable and its limits visible. We distinguish general guidance from context-dependent judgment, check factual statements before publication and revise material when a meaningful error comes to light.

Accuracy and clarity

Writers should use reliable, relevant support for factual claims and make clear when a point is interpretation, an example or a recommendation. We avoid presenting one group's experience as a universal rule. Where context changes the answer, we say so rather than disguising uncertainty as certainty.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial choices are made for reader relevance, not as a condition of a commercial relationship. Any paid, sponsored or partner-supported material is clearly labelled near the material itself. A partnership does not guarantee coverage, and a partner does not approve independent editorial conclusions.

Corrections

Readers can flag an error through the Contact page. We review specific, actionable correction requests and amend published material when warranted, making substantive changes clear to readers. We do not promise that every disagreement will result in a change, but we consider evidence and explain corrections plainly.

Illustrations and AI

Some illustrations may be generated with AI. Such images are illustrative, not documentary evidence, and are identified where they appear. We do not use an illustration as proof that a described event or situation occurred.

Our point of view

Collaboration needs more than good intentions

A group can be friendly and still be unclear. We look at the decisions, expectations and habits that turn people working near one another into people working together.
