Write for us
We welcome pitches that make one part of working together easier to see. Propose a focused, original piece for general readers, with a clear question, a distinct angle and a useful takeaway that does not depend on invented authority or unsupported claims.
What fits
Ideas may explain a teamwork concept, compare two ways to organize a shared task, examine a common collaboration misconception or offer a grounded approach to a particular group situation. We are interested in pieces about goals, roles, decisions, communication and group habits, provided the subject adds something distinct to existing coverage.
What to include
Use the Contact page to send your proposal. State the working title, central point, intended reader, proposed structure and why the subject deserves a piece. Mention the experience or source material relevant to your approach, without overstating credentials. A concise pitch is more useful than a complete draft sent without context.
What we look for
Strong proposals are specific, fair-minded and clear about limits. They compare real choices rather than promising a universal fix, explain unfamiliar terms and avoid turning personal preference into evidence. Please tell us if the idea has appeared elsewhere or is being considered by another publication.
Collaboration needs more than good intentions
A group can be friendly and still be unclear. We look at the decisions, expectations and habits that turn people working near one another into people working together.
